Who we are

Dalifin LLC provides software products and related services, including Dali Interpreter, Dali Bible, account portals, download services, and public company websites.

Information we process

• Account information, such as email address and sign-in state.
• Session information, such as join codes, listener names, selected languages, and session status.
• Audio and transcript content needed to provide live interpretation, transcription, translation, and playback.
• App, device, network, diagnostic, and crash information used to maintain reliability and support users.
• Download, entitlement, and product access information.
• Payment metadata for support payments. Card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Dalifin servers.

How we use information

• Provide app functionality, including live listener sessions, transcripts, translations, and audio playback.
• Authenticate users, protect accounts, and manage access to hosted sessions and downloads.
• Operate, monitor, debug, and improve Dalifin apps and services.
• Respond to support, privacy, billing, and operational requests.
• Process payments and prevent fraud or misuse.
• Comply with legal, security, and App Store obligations.

Service providers

Dalifin may use hosting, payment, analytics, communications, and AI/service providers to deliver requested functionality. For Dali Interpreter, live audio and transcript content may be processed by Dalifin systems and third-party AI/service providers to provide transcription, translation, and spoken interpretation.

We use these providers to operate the service, not to sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, support users, maintain security, satisfy operational records, and meet legal obligations. Some logs and diagnostic records may be kept for a limited period to investigate reliability or abuse.

To request access, correction, or deletion, contact gli@dalifin.com. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, payment, legal, or operational reasons.

Children

Dalifin apps and services are not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Dalifin, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Your choices

• You can choose not to join live sessions or provide optional listener names.
• You can contact support for account, privacy, or deletion requests.
• You can manage app permissions such as microphone, audio, notifications, or background behavior in iOS settings.
• You can stop using a session or app at any time.

Changes

We may update this policy as Dalifin products change. The effective date above shows when this version applies. Material updates will be reflected on this page.
