Dali Interpreter Personal help
If activation or a live session fails, check your connection and retry from the app. The free 30-minute allowance is issued once for an eligible device identity and does not renew.
Protect and recover your device account
- While you can access your Personal device account, open Settings > Account and choose Create recovery code. Save the code somewhere separate from your device. It is shown only once.
- On an installation showing the signed-out Account screen, choose Recover with a recovery code and paste the complete saved code. If this option is not visible, contact support before changing the current device account.
- Save the replacement recovery code the app shows after recovery.
If a session has an incomplete transcript, interpretation, or summary, keep the saved session on your device and contact support with the app version, approximate session time, language pair, and the error shown. Do not email audio, transcripts, passwords, or recovery codes unless support arranges a secure method.
