Dali Interpreter Personal deletion
Dali Interpreter Personal is provided by Dalifin LLC. You can delete your device account in the app or request help here if you no longer have access.
Open Settings > Account and choose Delete device account. Follow the confirmation shown in the app. If you added email sign-in, use the account deletion control in Account.
Export anything you want to keep first. Deleting the account does not restore the one-time 30-minute free allowance.
Email gli@dalifin.com with the subject Dali Interpreter Personal account and data deletion request. Tell us whether you want to delete only Personal data or the shared Dali account if you attached email sign-in.
We will explain a secure way to verify your account or device identity. Do not email your recovery code, password, payment-card details, or identity documents.
A verified Personal deletion request covers the Personal account, device association, and associated server-side sessions, transcripts, interpretations, and summaries, subject to limited retention needed for security, fraud prevention, legal duties, and operational records. Content saved only on your device must be removed from the app or device.
Deleting a shared Dali account can affect access to other Dali products. We will explain that consequence before processing a broader request. See the Dali Interpreter Privacy Policy.
