Request deletion of your Dali Classroom account and associated data.

Request deletion by email

Email gli@dalifin.com from the email address registered to your Dali account. Use the subject Dali Classroom account and data deletion request.

Tell us which option you want:

• Delete Classroom data only: delete your courses, classes, transcripts, translations, summaries, notes, and Classroom access while preserving your shared Dali identity and other Dali services.
• Delete the shared Dali account: delete your Classroom data and disable the shared Dali identity used to access Dali Classroom, Dali Interpreter Host, and other Dali services.

We may ask you to verify control of the registered email address before processing the request. Do not send your password, payment-card details, or identity documents by email.

We will acknowledge the request and normally complete verified requests within 30 days. We will contact you if additional time is required by law.

Delete in the Dali Classroom app

If you can sign in, open Account, select Delete data or account, and choose either Delete Classroom data only or the shared-account option. Follow the confirmation steps shown in the app.

Deletion is permanent. Export anything you want to keep before submitting the request.

Data covered by deletion

Classroom-only deletion removes account-associated Classroom content, including courses, classes, transcripts, translations, summaries, notes, preferences, Classroom usage records, and Classroom access or entitlement assignments, subject to the limited retention described below.

Choosing shared Dali-account deletion also disables the shared identity and affects access to other Dali products. We will explain any additional product-specific consequences during verification before completing that broader request.

Limited retention and subscriptions

Dalifin may retain narrowly limited records when required for legal, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or enforcement purposes. Retained data is restricted to those purposes and deleted when the applicable retention requirement ends. See the Dali Classroom Privacy Policy for more information.

Deleting Classroom data or a Dali account does not cancel a subscription managed by Google Play or Apple. Cancel it separately in your Google Play subscriptions or Apple subscriptions settings to prevent future renewals.
